Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Urantia Carnivores, LLC, 114 9th st NW,.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Urantia Carnivores, accessible from https://www.urantiacarnivores.com/

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order for a refund before it is in the possession of the mail carrier. 

The deadline for canceling your order is prior to it being marked as received by the mail carrier. 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. These rules also apply to international orders and/or subscriptions

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods

We do not accept returns on live goods. This includes seeds, live plants, or anything that is able to grow. We can accept returns on non live goods such as food and soil. They have to be unopened and unused. 

If your live goods arrive unhealthy or dead, please contact us immediately. You have 24 hours after you have received to goods to contact us with clear evidence that your delivery of live goods arrived unhealthy. We do not give refunds, but we will replace the item(s) with the same plant of equal or lesser value. You, the buyer are responsible for receiving your items when the weather can be a factor in the well-being of your products. During extreme weather conditions in your local area, it is advisable to contact us immediately after your item has been marked as delivered. Any postage without a tracking number will not be refundable. 

International Orders

If we are able to send your order internationally, then all cancelation rules apply to the policy previously mentioned. All International orders are not refundable. It is you, the international, buyer that is responsible for the risk and chances of delayed delivery or non-delivery. International orders can be sent with or without tracking. 

If we have decided you can return your order, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
